Dr. Chang graduated from Northwestern University, Evanston with a Ph.D in Computer Science in 1987. He received his M.S. degree in Information Engineering from Tamkang University, Taipei. He has been an esteemed full professor with Knowledge Systems Institute Graduate School since 2013.
